The Olive Oil
WE CULTIVATE TASTE
Good olive oil is hard to find. Its production is complex and technically demanding. In order to obtain a healthful olive oil with the perfect flavour it takes thorough knowledge of the biological interactions between soil, tree and fruit and of the risks that can occur during and after harvest.
