HIGH-END UNDERSTATEMENT

La Gioia comprises eight apartments and a suite, all comfortably furnished for 2–6 persons. Except suite no. 1 they all feature a well-equipped modern kitchen and one to three bathrooms with tub or shower. Some apartments extend over two stories, some have an upstairs gallery to sleep or work, and all apartments are directly accessible from outdoors. Solid walls protect from summer heat and the underfloor heating provides cosiness in winter.

The furnishing reflects the tones of Umbrian soil; colours are warm and natural – the lighting as well. Antiques harmonically mingle with modern forms, Wi-Fi, TV and stereo equipment go without saying. All apartments have a private garden with dining place and deck chairs. The huge park with pool, boccia alley, table tennis and many idyllically secluded spots is open to all guests for shared use.
